Futuracosmetici.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time in consideration of any regulatory changes and business strategies.

The contract entered into between Futuracosmetici.com and the customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Futuracosmetici.com. Such acceptance shall be deemed tacit unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and fully accepts the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
The customer, once the online purchase procedure is completed, will print, or save an electronic copy, and keep these general conditions of sale, in accordance with the provisions of the law governing distance selling.
Any right of the customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual liability for direct or indirect damages, to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

PRICES
The costs of the products you will find for sale on this site are clearly stated: prices include VAT, shipping charges are specified. There are no additional charges.
Prices are valid as long as they are shown on the site. If you place an order, until delivery the price of the product ordered will be locked in, even if there have been changes in the meantime.
All products will arrive to you accompanied by complete instructions for use, and for any doubts, clarifications or advice, before or after purchase, we are at your disposal.
To place an order on this site you must be of legal age.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
Each order you place on our site will be followed by an e-mail communication that will confirm receipt of the order, summarize the details of the order itself, and in the case of payment by bank transfer will indicate the necessary data. A subsequent e-mail will confirm that your order has been accepted and processed, and will include the carrier and shipping identification data.

2) Cash on Delivery
Payment on delivery directly to the courier to whom you must deliver the exact amount and in cash. The courier is not authorized to have change or accept checks.
Cost of cash on delivery is 3.50 EURO on the total for all Italy.

3) PayPal
Payment by credit card (all majors accepted) even if you do not have a PayPal account, or via PayPal account.

Our items leave from Resana (TV) and travel with appropriate and adequate packaging by express courier of our choice.
Products will be delivered within 4 working days after the day of order confirmation. Delivery dates are valid for most of the national territory. Islands and remote areas may be served in two or more additional business days.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday excluding 1/1, 6/1, 25/4, 1/5, 2/6, 15/8, 1/11, 8/12, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, Easter Monday. Under no circumstances shall Futura Cosmetics be held liable for any damages caused by late delivery.

The cost of delivery is 7.00 EURO on the total for all of Italy.
For orders over 50.00 EURO, shipping is free.

SPEDIZIONI ALL’ESTERO

Per spedizioni internazionali (Africa, America, Antartide, Asia, Oceania) e spedizioni in Europa al di fuori della Comunità Europea (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaigian, Bielorussia, Bosnia ed Erzegovina, Città del Vaticano, Georgia, Inghilterra, Islanda, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldavia, Monaco, Norvegia, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Svizzera, Turchia, Ucraina) il corriere potrebbe addebitare oneri doganali extra al destinatario, in base alla normativa vigente del Paese di destinazione, che Futura Cosmetici non è in grado di quantificare.

Si effettuano spedizioni in qualsiasi nazione del mondo. Le condizioni sopra riportate sono valide per l’Italia: per spedizioni in altri paesi, possono esservi variazioni dei tempi di consegna e delle spese di spedizione, che saranno comunicate via e-mail alla conferma dell’ordine.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • That the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
  • That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered.

Any damage to the packaging and / or items or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately challenged, putting WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL on the courier's proof of delivery, and notifying us within 2 working days by e-mail to servizioclienti@futuracosmetici.com.
Once signed the document of the courier, the customer can not oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the items received must be reported via e-mail to servizioclienti@futuracosmetici.com within 5 days of delivery.

Delivery will usually take place during the middle hours of the day (10 a.m.-6 p.m.). It is not possible to request an exact delivery time, an appointment, or to be notified by the courier before delivery.

Futura Cosmetics is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier, or by force majeure.
In the event of repeated inability to deliver the order due to Customer's non-availability and subsequent failure to collect within 5 working days of the stock at the warehouses of the courier, the order will be automatically canceled. Will be charged and withheld from the refund of payment all costs related to transportation, storage and return to sender.

WARRANTIES
All products purchased are guaranteed against any defects that prevent their proper use, in which case we will replace them at our expense.

EASY RETURNS.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased and decide to return it follow these simple steps:

  • Put the products back in the shipping packaging or with material suitable for transport and return to Futura Cosmetics via Siese 4, 31023 San Marco di Resana (TV). - As soon as we receive the material we will provide a refund

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our goal is to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction. If the customer once received the purchased goods decides to return them, he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty (according to the Consumer Code D.L. 21 Feb. 2014 n.21 in compliance with the European rules on e-commerce being implemented).

To exercise this right, the Customer must send within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods an e-mail to servizioclienti@futuracosmetici.com to communicate the wish to withdraw.

Once we receive the above notice of withdrawal, the customer will have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions: In accordance with the law, the contribution for shipping costs related to the return of the item shall be borne by the customer, using a carrier of his/her choice. The item must be returned intact, in the same condition as when received.

The item must be returned properly packed in the MEDIUM PACKAGING used for shipment to the customer or otherwise with strong material suitable for transport. Will not be accepted other types of packaging or otherwise insufficient packaging to maintain the integrity of the article and / or that are damaged during transport. In this case, the item will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

Futura Cosmetics will refund the Customer, upon receipt of the product and after verification of its integrity, the amount paid. Or, at the customer's option, credit may be used for replacement or purchase of another item.

IMPORTANT: Include in the return package a copy of the paper purchase receipt found in the shipment.

Pursuant to Article 67, II paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is a necessary condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The products must not have been damaged and/or altered
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is not required that the goods to be returned be insured against theft and accidental transport damage. However, since the risk inherent in the return of the goods is borne by the purchaser, Futura Cosmetici invites the purchaser who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to insure, at their own expense, the shipment for the value indicated
In accordance with art. 67, IV paragraph, of the Consumer Code, only after the return of the product and only after verifying the fulfillment of points 1, 2, above, Futura Cosmetici will proceed, as soon as possible, to refund the amounts paid by the user. The amount of the refund will be communicated by e-mail and credited to the same means of payment used for the purchase or by bank transfer. This is without prejudice to the user's ability to join current commercial offers.
